This modern 2 bed 2.5 bath cottage features access to great community amenities including private beach access and the Shipyard beach club. It features a local brewery, various food vendors, an expansive outdoor area and often live music THE COTTAGE: *Appointed with luxury amenities including cable TV's in the living area and bedrooms, Roku streaming stick in the living area, free high speed WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, and large outdoor private patio overlooking the Shipyard Golf Course. *The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook and serve a homemade meal, including condiments, coffee, tea, and even child-safe plastic dinnerware. *The open concept dining area located between the kitchen and living area features a dining room table with room to fit 4-6 people. *The living area features a flatscreen television, access to the patio, and views of the beautiful Shipyard Golf Course. *The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, flat-screen television with cable, and an en suite updated bathroom. *The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, flat-screen television with cable, and an en suite bathroom. *Towels, linens, soaps, shampoos, dishwashing detergent, and laundry detergent are all included and complimentary.
