Beautiful in town treetop views and partial harbor views. This spacious penthouse unit is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the historic 1848 Sea Captain Ingraham mansion. Spanning the left side of the second floor and the entire third floor, it offers plenty of space for groups or families. The second floor includes a large, comfortable living room with a sectional sofa, a dining bar with seating for eight, and a modern kitchen with high-end appliances. A half bath is conveniently located nearby. Just off the kitchen is a cozy queen bedroom with a sliding barn door for added charm and privacy. Upstairs, you'll find three additional queen bedrooms, each with ample storage and hanging space. The primary bedroom also includes a queen sleeper sofa and an ensuite bathroom featuring a rainhead shower for a luxurious experience. A second full bathroom with dual control shower and washer/dryer serves the remaining bedrooms on this floor. The Neighborhood: Located on Park St in Portland's West End, the property is surrounded by historic homes and brick sidewalks.
