The uniqueness lies in the solitude you sense when you stand at the living room with floor to ceiling windows 15' above the marsh below and see everything... sunset vistas, deer and dolphins. Harbour Town with all of the shops, restaurants and big boat marina is only steps away. The pool you can access is the South Beach Pool ( $75/week for up to 5 people). the expansive Sea Pines Beach is yours to use free and is accessed by multiple bike paths and close by trolley service. There is a recording security camera at the front door and parties are not allowed. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
