Events: No events allowed

Pets: Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)

Pets: Pet fee charge , pets must be approved

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted

Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher

Check-out instructions: Gather used towels

Check-out instructions: Remove personal items and take out the trash

Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Check-out instructions: Please text manager when leaving

Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Bikes must not be left on the walkway They must be stored behind the gate on the front porch You cannot leave them on the sidewalk

AC is set at 70. Not be turned down past this temperature in the summer. With the humidity. You will freeze the system

Also if you arrive and find something is not to your liking. Guests are required to report to rental manager. Within 24 hours so we can correct
