This home has impressive views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The open living space on the second floor has living, dining, and a well-equipped kitchen that all look out to the Atlantic. Enjoy a cookout on the large deck off of the second floor or unwind on the screened porch. The first floor has a second living area leading out to the pool that can be heated for an additional fee. Surf and sand are a few steps away using the beach path next to the home. The modern Coligny Beach Park area provides benches, swings, restrooms, and changing rooms for beachgoers. Just a mile down the coast, the Coligny Plaza Shopping Center has been an island favorite for over 35 years. Here you'll find over 100 boutiques, beach shops, novelty stores, coffee shops, and delicious island cuisine in one central location. This vacation rental is conveniently close to several golf courses for the active vacationer. At the same time, the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, offering walking paths, boat tours, and a unique archaeological site, is just a little over three miles from your front door. THINGS TO KNOW This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool cannot maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be given if the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 55 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
