Are you having a tough time figuring out the right condo to pick in Sea Pines? Look no more. My wife and I scoured the island to find the best location and this is it! Beach front is too expensive and Harbour Town is too noisy. Lighthouse Tennis Villas is right in the middle of Sea Pines with a 2 minute walk to Truffles, Giuseppi's, Gas Station, Market Cafe/Coffee, Bike Rental Shop and shopping and then a ~5-10 minute walk/bike to Harbour town and a ~15-20 minute walk/bike to the Sea Pines Beach Club! ***July 2021 - New Queen Sleeper Sofa, New Recliner, New Coffee Table, New Master Toilet*** NEW 65\ ,

We loved our stay in Hilton Head Island. Our accommodation's were wonderful. Very clean. We loved the deck area for morning coffee and afternoon break! Great place!!

We found this property to be very clean, inviting and in a great location. Our family of 4 was very comfortable and enjoyed the easy poolaccess. We also appreciated the central location within Sea Pines. We plan to stay here again.
