Here in sought after Queens Grant in Palmetto Dunes is Palm Villa. This is a spacious two bedroom, two bath villa with Vaulted Ceiling and Exposed Beams. We feature a key less entry with no contact check in. We have a security camera at the front entrance. We have password protected very high speed internet Wifi. Villa is a very roomy 1447 sq. ft. Great space in an open floor plan. Large Great Room with tiled floors and 50 inch smart TV with Premier Cable Service Lineup as well as a Sound Bar. Leather sleeper sofa and 2 Leather Recliners. Dedicated workspace Desk area provides charging station for phones and electronics. Dining area has large table with 2 extra leaves seating 6 -10. There are 4 padded counter height stools at the kitchen peninsula. Open kitchen with lots of counters and space with extra lighting and outlets. Our deep stainless steel farmhouse sink is a beauty! Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to get you cooking including spices, condiments and paper products. Large assortment of good quality baking pans, cooking utensils, blender and even a crock pot! Note there is NO OUTDOOR GRILL Provided. Please Cook in our Pristine Kitchen!
