Excellent
House was perfect for our group. Good central location. Very clean and with all the accommodations you could ask for. We will be staying here again.

The Manager and Owner were great, accomodating our check-in needs. The place could use some minor repairs, but nothing terrible.

The house is pretty run down — dishwasher leaks, moulding is falling off, shower doors don’t close properly, keurig is moldy, furniture and pool area has wear and tear, etc. We also spotted two cockroaches in the kitchen and living area!While the location was pretty good (a few blocks away from the beach - not walkable with kids though) I wouldn’t recommend staying here based on the state of the home. House manager was responsive to messages, but never made an effort to rectify issues (eg said he’d send a repair person that never showed up). House wasn’t relaxing, but it did accommodate a large group so that was good I guess!

We enjoyed our stay at HHI. The check-in was great and kitchen had everything we needed.
