The apartment is located only half block from Maine Medical Center, Sea dogs stadium, Portland Expo, and Deering Oaks Park. The apt is 10 min walk to vibrant downtown Portland. This apartment is just a short walk to all the best Portland has to offer, with attractions such as museums, theaters and many popular bars, Breweries, Bakeries and restaurants. We have smart locks which give self check in at your convenience. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Excellent
The building and neighboring buildings were a little rundown in a neighborhood that appears to be gentrifing....parking in Portland is a challenge on a good day that I just wasn't willing to deal with, but Eddy provided a reasonable, safe alternative....not a negative but in a way between the pet fee and parking fee, it felt a little like being nickled and dimed....but overall it was worth it. Portland is getting more expensive to live/visit. I appreciate Eddy for being quick and responsive to my inquiries and for checking in via text if my stay was going okay

A fun, funky, old apartment in a working-class neighborhood. A very unique location close to most downtown hotspots. Parking can be tricky on the narrow street. Apartment was well-equipped but sheets and towels were pretty worn out. Super comfortable bed but right next to a noisy entrance with lots of conversation and door slamming.

Great location - walkable and bikeable. Permanent residents in the building super friendly to the VRBO guests.
