State of ME License Registration #STHR0068342025 The Beach House is an open concept design with 180 degree views of the ocean and windows on all sides. It sits on a sea wall on the Centennial Beach with amazing views of surrounding islands and the absolute best spot to watch the sunset on Peaks. Steps away from a sandy beach has a public boat ramp nearby for kayaking, boating, etc. and only a ten minute walk from the Casco Bay Ferry Terminal, with taxi service available if coming to the island on foot! There is plenty of room to park your car at the cottage. We might be biased, but the Beach House is the most magical spot on the island. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The cottage itself was great - very cozy, neat, and quiet. Great location for views and ocean ambiance. One parking spot on site. Both Ann and Anne were very helpful/responsive regarding questions. Highly recommended!In contrast, Peaks island was a bit frustrating. Most restaurants were closed for the off-season. The ferry's vehicle capacity was insufficient (best-case, 12 cars per hour). Three handicapped parking spots on the whole island, all immediately off the ferry. Recommend renting a golf cart and getting creative with parking.
