Welcome to 65 Dune Lane! This gorgeous five bedroom, four and a half bathroom Forest Beach oceanfront home can host a group of up to ten guests. The private pool deck area overlooks the pristine beach and ocean. A nice perk is the home offers complementary pool heat seasonally. As long as the outdoor temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees, you are all set to enjoy FREE pool heat typically March through May & September through October. This is a dog friendly home & allows up to two dogs total. The pet fee is $250 plus tax. The pool is able to be heated seasonally only at no additional cost. It is not able to be heated if the temperatures drop below 55 degrees at any point during your stay. The pool is not able to be heated in the summer months. Must reach out to Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival to arrange for pool heat. • Dog Friendly: This home permits a max of two dogs to stay in the home.
