Newly updated, true log cabin in Pigeon Forge! ~2 miles from the Parkway attractions, ~5 miles from Dollywood, and ~10 miles from Gatlinburg and the National Park. Sleeps up to 8 people! Plenty of space to kick back and relax in privacy. 3 HDTVs with live TV channels, up to 400 Mbps wifi, indoor jacuzzi, fireplace, high ceilings, spacious lower deck, and unlimited access to the community pool. Hot tub on private back porch overlooking a quiet wooded setting. Minimum age to rent cabin: 25 years of age This beautiful cabin is owned and managed by us – there is no middle man. When you reach out, you will be talking directly with us! The dining area seats eight. Six can gather around the table, and two more can sit at the adjacent breakfast bar. Pots and pans, small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, blender), and tableware complete the kitchen. There is also a propane grill available for your use! ✩ Main Floor: Master Bedroom with King Bed, Jacuzzi, and en suite Full Bathroom ✩ 2nd Floor (Loft): Master Bedroom with Queen Bed and en suite Full Bathroom ✩ Living room: - Sofa converts into a Queen-size Bed. - There is also a Queen-size floor mattress available. Additional details: ✩ CLEANING: We take cleaning and sanitizing very seriously. Our cleaners have been vetted to ensure that enhanced cleaning protocols are being performed. ✩ PARKING: Three vehicles can fit in the private parking spaces. Overflow parking is also available by the community pool. ✩ ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code at least 48 hours before arrival. ✩ GETTING HERE: The road is paved all the way from the main road to our driveway. There are no steep roads. ✩ POOL: Between May (Memorial Day) – Sept (Labor Day) unlimited access to the community pool. Dates are subject to change depending on the weather. ✩ BABY GEAR: We have a pack n' play, high chair, and baby gate available for use. There is no crib - just one pack n' play. ✩ CHECK IN/OUT: We do not offer late check out or early check in. Late check outs without permission accrue a $50 charge every 30 min. ✩ The fireplace is available for use from October 1 - April 1. ✩ Shampoo / conditioner, condiments, propane for grill, and coffee are not provided. Please carefully review the house rules prior to booking to ensure this listing is the right fit for your group. Guest access: The whole cabin! Other things to note: This is a non-smoking cabin. If you smoke inside the cabin you will be charged $500, plus the increase in cleaning fee and any damages. Pet fee: Only dogs are allowed at this cabin by pre-approval only. We charge a $100 fee (includes tax) per dog. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be house-trained. When left at the property alone, dogs must be confined (i.e. in a crate) when left at the property alone. The pet fees are due separately within 48 hours of booking. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
