It has a fenced yard for your dogs. 20lbs or under dog please ask 1st before u bring. I do charge the extra cleaning fee $100each pet. regardless of type of dog. I have people with allergies…screened in porch with 2 rocking chairs and a porch swing. It is a house and it is actually 4 bedrooms, 1440 square foot, with a living room and a granite countertops washer and dryer 2 queen size bed’s, 1-full, 4th BR we turned into a nursery has twin bed & crib..Its Half mile from goats on the roof off wears Valley Road… is up enough to have a nice view of the mountains with the feel of being secluded even though you are so close to town ..it is a shared driveway. It is very peaceful place to stay.There is an office space for those who need to do a little work while your here.. Please be aware that we are in the country and do have a well, that why the 6 people limit. The WELL…we do treat the water aswell…there are 5 steps to the porch. covered parking for 2 cars. paved road up to our driveway as well. address is sevierville put we are just a couple hundred feet from the pigeon forge line. There is a fire pit for your use..SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY!! Fee if Smoke inside my house…. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
