No refunds for weather, power outages, or road closures (mountain living). Pest control is regular, but expect occasional ladybugs or forest critters. Security gate fee is included in your cleaning fee (2 vehicles allowed). There is a smart lock on the door. Guests will be given a door code at 10 AM the morning of check in. I am available Monday - Sunday 6AM - 9PM EST. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
