Plus, it’s pet-friendly, so bring your furry friends along! Main Level: Step inside to find the spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and two king bedrooms with full baths. Comfortable seating and a gas fireplace set the tone in the living room, accompanied by a large HDTV for entertainment. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and counter seating for 12, while the dining table seats 8 guests comfortably. Each of the two bedrooms on this floor offers a king bed, large HDTV, and an en-suite full bathroom featuring a step-in shower and jetted tub. Both rooms also have access to a private balcony. Just off the front porch, the cook-out area includes a gas grill and two charcoal grills for outdoor dining. Upper Level 1: Ascend to the second level where a spacious game area and two additional bedrooms await. The game room is fully equipped with a pool table, three arcade games, foosball, a large fridge, a sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom with tub/shower. The first bedroom features a king bed, sleeper sofa, HDTV, private balcony, and an en-suite full bathroom with step-in shower and jetted tub. Upper Level 2: Top Floor The top floor contains two separate bedroom areas connected by a catwalk. Each bedroom includes a king-size bed and a queen-over-queen bunk bed, perfect for groups or families. Lower Level 1: Downstairs from the main level, find the home theater, laundry area, and two more bedrooms. The theater boasts 16 cinema-style seats, a large HDTV, plus two sleeper sofas for extra sleeping space. A laundry closet with washer and dryer adds convenience. The first bedroom has a king bed and shares a Jack 'n Jill bathroom with step-in shower that opens to the deck. The second bedroom also offers a king bed and deck access.
