A fully stocked COFFEE STATION with Keurig machine, drip coffee pot, K cups, ground coffee, filters, coffee creamer, and sweetener for the perfect cup of coffee while you relax looking at the treetops. The DINING AREA just off the kitchen features dining tables with seating for 20, and there is also an outdoor table on the Deck with seating for another 8. An expansive LIVING ROOM with an indoor fireplace, large Smart TV, and views of the mountains beyond. An OUTDOOR MOVIE THEATER area on the massive covered patio with SURROUND SOUND, a 100 INCH SCREEN, and a new high-end custom OUTDOOR KITCHEN and DINING/BAR area. One Upstairs MASTER BEDROOM (sleeps 4) that has one King bed and one Twin day bed with a Twin-sized trundle underneath. One Upstairs BEDROOM (sleeps 4) that has two Queen beds. Two Upstairs BUNK BEDROOMS (each sleeps 8), each of which has two sets of Queen-over-Queen bunk beds. Each of the BEDROOMS is equipped with its own EN SUITE BATHROOM, wall-mounted Smart TV and a ceiling fan. ★★★★★ DRIVING UP TO THE CABIN AND PARKING ★★★★★ The drive up to the cabin weaves through hills until you find yourself in the treetops. The road on which the cabin is situated can be steep at times, so please use caution. The paved driveway easily fits up to twelve cars. The cabin is only 18 minutes to the strip in Pigeon Forge through the less-traveled backroads, so you can avoid a lot of traffic. WILDLIFE: The Smoky Mountains are home to a multitude of wildlife including bears, coyotes, racoons, possums, birds, snakes, etc. Please be aware of your surroundings and keep all food items/trash appropriately stored and disposed of. Please clean the grill promptly after using to prevent wildlife from visiting! SECURITY CAMERAS: There are two security cameras located on the front exterior of the home. These cameras record audio and video but only of the front exterior of the cabin. PEST CONTROL: This property is in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, which is an extremely woodsy area. We have pest control that comes out every month to prevent bug issues, but on occasion, bugs may find their way into the home through open doors and windows just like any other home. Please keep doors and windows shut whenever possible to prevent bugs from entering behind you. PETS: We are dog friendly (sorry, no cats or other pets of any kind), and we are happy to welcome your pooches during your stay! If you plan to bring your dog, there is a pet fee of $50 per dog per night plus tax. This will be included in your reservation total prior to booking if dogs are included in your reservation. If you need any help adding your pet dog after your trip is booked, please do not hesitate to let us know! Pet fees are due in full prior to your check in date. By including pet dogs in your reservation or by bringing pets that are not listed in your reservation to the property, you are authorizing us to collect all applicable pet fees.
