2023 Built Pool Community Cabin - 3410 Sq ft/3 Floors - Pool Community (located ONE mile from cabin) free entry - Mountain Views - parking easily fits 6 vehicles - street side parking allowed - 4 king bedrms - 1 Queen Bunk - cathedral ceilings in main living room and upstairs bedrooms - Charcoal BBQ (located in front of cabin) - linens included - PETS ALLOWED WITH PET FEE Main Level - king bedroom with private bathroom - this is walk in level, no steps required to get to the main level king bedroom GETTING TO THE CABIN - no steep roads - double sided roads (you wont struggle with 2 way traffic) - 4 wheel drive is not necessary POOL COMMUNITY (Honeysuckle Meadows Pool and Deli) - located only 0.9 miles from the cabin - entry fee is required (not included with cabin) - open from May to September (call in advance for scheduling) PARK BBQ GRILL - charcoal BBQ located street side, charcoal not included, we ask guest to use self igniting charcoal OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - public community pool free entry located 0.9 miles, Honeysuckle Pool and Deli - Faux Electric Fireplaces: does not have enough of power to fully heat up bedrooms, please use AC Heater - Not notifying of PETS and paying the PET FEE is considered a broken house rule SUPPLIES PROVIDED (ask about supplies as needed) -We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags for kitchen trash cans, 1 trash bag per trash can located outside in the bear cage (total of 2 trash cans outside) All other cabin supplies will need to be provided by the guests i.e. charcoal, etc. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - Main level - 1 King bedroom - Upper Level - 2 King bedrooms - Lower Level - 1 King bedroom - Lower Level - 1 Queen Bunk (in common area) Total 4 bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms - All 4 private King bedrooms have their own private bathroom. - the users of the Queen Bunk in the common area have access to a half bathroom (only toilet and sink in half bathroom) BED LINENS AND TOWELS - Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided. GUEST ACCESS AT PROPERTY - guests have full access to cabin, expect owners closet in the basement. COMMUNICATION WITH HOST - communication with guests and host to be maintained on the text platform on the VRBO app Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
