Cape Cod style house on a quiet street located 15 minutes from downtown Cincinnati, shopping, the Cincinnati Zoo, and many other great things! Local restaurants, brewery, and wine store about a mile away within about a 20 minute walk. Home has 3 bedrooms, full bathroom, screened in porch, outdoor space, and laundry. The backyard has a beautiful deck and fire pit, and is fenced in with a privacy fence. Remodeled throughout! Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
