Fireside Mountain Escape is the ideal mountain retreat, featuring an eight-person hot tub! Two suites promise extra comfort and privacy. Snuggle up beside the wood-burning fireplace with river rock surround. Grill alfresco meals on the spacious deck and admire peekaboo views of the slopes at Bear Mountain. Central air-conditioning. The space This is the Layout of the house: LIVING AREA You'll find a sectional and a sofa beside the wood-burning fireplace in the living area. Watch shows on the TV. A plethora of windows delivers ample natural light. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare favorite meals in the kitchen, appointed with granite countertops. A NutriBullet is included among the array of helpful gadgets. Serve morning coffee at the island bar for two. The table in the dining area seats 10 to festive dinners. BED & BATH This two-story home sleeps eight adults and three children. The primary suite boasts a California king bed, a TV, and a private balcony. The en-suite bathroom features a spa-like jetted tub and a walk-in shower. A second suite offers a king bed, TV, direct deck access, and a TV, and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and the fourth bedroom holds a queen bed along with a twin bed with a twin trundle. The third bathroom has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Luxuriate with a rejuvenating soak in the private hot tub anytime. Kick back in comfy armchairs on the spacious deck and admire the alpine views. Barbecue tasty meals on the gas grill and dine at the 10-person balcony table with additional table for four. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, a Pack 'n Play, two high chairs, baby dishes and bibs, and a washer/dryer are provided. Parking for two vehicles in the garage and two in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles. On warm days, explore the Alpine Zoo or play 18 holes at Bear Mountain Golf Course. Travel 4 miles to Ski Beach Park to launch kayaks on the lake. Big Bear Village is home to local shops and restaurants. Guest access Per Big Bear Lake code, you will first need to check-in at our office and show a copy of your ID which must match your reservation - our office is located at 41933 Big Bear Blvd, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 -and bring your ID. Our office hours for check-ins are Monday through Thursday 1pm-7pm, Friday and Saturday 1pm-9pm and Sunday 1pm until 7pm. Other things to note Due to local ordinances, guests are required to complete an In-person check-in at the local office, before heading to the home.
