LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1080 sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, deck access to hot tub, and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Upstairs has a sofa sleeper. Extra blankets and pillows are available. KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices and more. AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TVs with cable and fast WIFI. Laundry area with side by side washer/dryer. OUTDOORS - Hot tub, community Private pool, gas barbecue, upstairs balcony, and back deck. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
