Great work place and quiet . 3 smart tv’s with roku with WiFi, full equip kitchen,, blender , air fryers , electric tea catle. dining room , bar stools . 3 overlarge bedrooms with 2 bedrooms have 1 queen bed . Second bedroom has 2 queen beds , bedroom 3: extremely oversize master bedroom is with cal king bed, private bathroom with walk in large shower . lmain floor has a large deck with table chairs for bq plus a wicker sectional sitting area with a wrap around patio with an incredible view of the skis lope etc , 2 car garage in castle Glenn estates who is big bear lake nicest area. BRAND NEW KITCHEN , brand new furntures and throw rugs STAINLESS STEEL UPGRADED appliances FRENCH DOOR FRIDGE WITH BUTTOM FREEZER . NEW HARDWOOD FLOORS THROUGH OUT THE HOUSE NEW PORCELAIN TILES IN BATHROOM . Real fireplace . Plenty of pots and pans dishes silverwares, air fryer, coffee makers, Turkish coffee, expresso Mashine. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17

Events: Events allowed: family gatherings, birthday parties, weddings

Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)

Pets: $100 per pet so 2 dogs is $200 fees

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted

Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher

Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Check-out instructions: It really help us if you can start the washer with white towels

Check-out instructions: Trash need to go to the drop of place as cabin has instruction

Check-out instructions: No fireworks

Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please no smoking on the property . No coal or charcoal lighter is allow with rental in big bear lake. we have propane fire pit and propane Bq. inst.

No cooking oil down the drain or toilet. Only toilet paper in toilet due to Seward pump .Extra charge if the Seward breaks due other items in the toil

This cabin is wonderful. The check in went with out a hitch. Rita was very helpful and gracious. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our Christmas stay and made our family Christmas memorable. We will definitely be back hopefully this early spring.
