The chalet features three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom, located upstairs, boasts a luxurious king bed. The guest bedroom downstairs also offers a king bed, while the kids' room upstairs is equipped with a triple bunk bed, two twin beds that convert into a king if put together and a sofa couch making it perfect for children and teens. The open-concept living area is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a cozy fireplace, smart TV, and a variety of games including a pool table and ping pong table. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, along with all the cooking basics you need. Enjoy meals together at the large dining table or take advantage of the outdoor grill and dine al fresco on the patio or balcony, both offering stunning lake views. For those looking to unwind, the property includes a hot tub and jacuzzi, perfect for soaking after a day of adventure. Thank you! * Per city permit This home can accommodate up to 14 people, 10 Adults Maximum. The maximum for guests and adults CAN NOT be exceeded at any given time. * Parking Details: Max of 4 cars on-site. (Does have garage access for one vehicle). IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The city of Big Bear lake will count any boat trailers as one of your vehicles. If you will have any trailers, include them in your car total. Maximum of vehicles can not be exceeded at any time. * This home is pet friendly! (Maximum: 2 pets) Pets MUST be pre-approved in advance. A pet fee of $125 per pet will apply IF the pet(s) has been approved. Pet fee is requested after the booking is confirmed. * If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SoCal Vacations' approval: There is a fine of $500 per pet. Pet Rules: - Do not leave pets unattended in the home unless kenneled. - Do not let pets on any furniture or beds. - Pick up after your pet. - You will be responsible and charged for any damages caused by pets. *Quiet hours (10pm-7am). *No speakers or sound systems allowed. *No parties or events allowed at any given time. * Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line. * Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $1,000 per violation. * This is a smoke-free property (No smoking or vaping inside or outside, video monitoring enforcement.) Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $950 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. It is prohibited by law that any kind of open fire whatsoever. You are allowed to use what is provided for you. *This home does not have AC *You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed. It needs to be completed and signed before checking-in. To confirm and maintain your reservation, our Rental Agreement must be completed within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation without refund if the cancellation window has passed. Please note: Our standard cancellation policy applies from the moment the reservation is confirmed, not from when the rental agreement is completed.
