Welcome to Summittandshore’s Hawk Hill cabin – a serene setting on a quiet cul-de-sac street in lower Moonridge for the perfect getaway in the mountains! Stylishly updated home is positioned on a large fully fenced lot, perfect for containing pets or little ones. The location offers easy access all year and is in walking distance to ski shuttle, zoo, coffee shops, hiking trail and golf course. The cabin offers a backyard patio perfect for evenings by the firepit or a large front yard for playing or sledding. New to VRBO but Superhost elsewhere... Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check in after 4:00 PM
Minimum age to rent: 21
Check out before 10:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: Events allowed: family gatherings, birthday parties, weddings
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 3 pets total)
Pets: There is a $35 per pet fee
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Per local city ordinance please dispose of trash at the local refuse center. Address located in cabin and in checkout instructions.
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please pick up after your pet outside – there will be a waste disposal fee of $50 if housekeeping has to dispose of waste.
ID verification required prior to booking
All trash must be taken to the trash facility, per city ordinance.
$25 charge per bag for any trash left in the cabin.

Excellent
We spent 4 days in an effort to get away from the fireworks in LA and the place was amazing. It provided the quiet we were hoping for and was close enough to enjoy the lake and picnic areas.
The amenities were as described and I appreciated the host being very responsive when we had a question.
10/10 would stay here again.

We had a great stay at the property. It was so nice to be able to bring our dog with us and enjoy the quiet season on the slopes. We had everything we needed for a family of 4 and our dog. The location was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

We loved the location and fenced yard for our dog. We enjoyed the fire pit with chairs in the back yard in the evening. It was easy to find with seamless check in and communication with host.

This is a nice pet-friendly cabin. Plenty of room and a quiet neighborhood in the pines just a few minutes by car from shopping, and a 10-minute walk to a coffee shop and some other places. The property is older but very comfortable. We enjoyed our 8-night stay.
