WiFi, garage/game room w Foosball, dartboard & corn hole. Wood burning fireplace, HD TVs, BluRay/DVD players, washer/dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, crockpot, blender, toaster, coffee maker, KEURIG K-CUP brewer, dishes, pots/pans, and more. 2 large decks; gas linked barbecue.

Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Gather used towels and store extra beds
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Trash must be taken to one of two disposal sites in Big Bear Lake (addresses to these are posted throughout the cabin).
Check-out instructions: All tv/roku remotes must be in their respective locations
Check-out instructions: Spa cover must be on the spa when not in use and upon check out (lowering temp to 80)
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ALL TRASH MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY
FAILURE to do so will result in charge of DISPOSAL FEE
