In the heart of OTRs lively historic district. Beautifully renovated 2 story 2 bedroom apartment, located on the 3rd floor. Walking distance to all the best restaurants, bars, shops, sporting events. Ziegler Park and Ziegler Pools can be enjoyed steps away. Plus free parking pass for The Ziegler Garage located directly behind the building. We have 2 other listings in our building. Another 2 bedroom and a smaller 1 bedroom. There are 2 queen bedrooms, each accommodates (2) additional twin beds if requested. All linens and towels are included. We also have a fully stocked kitchen. It's truly your home away from home! The new Cincinnati streetcar operates up to 18 hours a day and 365 days a year The fare is $1 for two hours and $2 for a day pass! The streetcar route is 3.6 miles long, traveling on a loop from Second Street (at The Banks on the riverfront) to Findlay Market in OTR. We are located 1 & 1/2 blocks from the Streetcar pick up. Uber and Lyft are plentiful in this area and it is often cheaper than a cab, or parking meters. Red Bike Rentals 1 & 1/2 block away. From the airport you can take the TANK bus for $2 and it drops you off at 5th and Main. Apartment is 13th and Main... 9 blocks away. This is a pretty fast and inexpensive alternative.
