Close to the river/river front parks and a quick drive to downtown! Wonderful walkable neighborhood close to several casual and fine dining options/Starbucks etc.! 7-10 minute drive or Uber to downtown/Riverfront. Walkable to Alms Park. Minutes to Mt. We ask that upon your departure, you complete the following items prior to checking out: 1. Please empty all food items from the refrigerator and kitchen into the garbage. Garbage if full may be taken into the garage into the black trash can. Recycling items may be put in the green receptacle in the garage as well. 2. Please put all dishes used into the dishwasher and start the wash cycle with the provided dishwasher pod (under the sink) 3. Please put all used towels from the kitchen and bathrooms into the washing machine. White bathmats that were used may also be placed in the washing machine with the towels. Please start the cycle on Hot with the provided detergent. Thank you for your assistance with these items! It helps us provide the most comfortable (and clean) stay/experience for all of our guests.
