About this stay
Josh October 2024 \ Stay comfortably in Cincinnati at this fabulous studio. This cozy space features a trundle bed which sleeps two adults (a low bed on wheels stored under the top bed which doubles as a couch), AC, WiFi, work desk, TV, full kitchenette, curling iron, closet, ironing board, iron and a hair dryer. Next to Eden Park, breathtaking views around the area and perfect for solo guests looking for an enjoyable stay. A great place to call home base while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Children: Two separate beds can fit 6' tall guests plus!
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)
Pets: Please be sure to pick up after your animals! TY!
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check-out instructions: Please put all towels in a pile in the bathroom.
Check-out instructions: Please be sure keys go back in the lock box and scramble the numbers.
Check-out instructions: Please remove all trash and clean all dishes. THANK YOU!!
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The apartment was exactly as described in the listing and pictures. It was super clean and included all the amenities you would expect. Check in was easy and the beds were comfortable. The location was also excellent. Mt. Adams is a beautiful area with great views of the city, and it is a quick drive or short walk to many great spots around town.
