About this stay

theLarch house is my 2nd residence & where I grew up, not a fulltime rental. It's a wonderful, cozy neighborhood, nestled in the heart of Cincinnati & happy to have you stay while I'm away. Please treat it like your own during your stay. NO SMOKING in house or on front porch. TY :) We are on the same street as Llanfair Retirement home, and College Hill Park. This home is surrounded by amenities...coffee shop, restaurants, bakery, brewery, wine bar and more. public transportation (bus) is only a block away, providing access to downtown, University of Cincinnati, Over-the Rhine and Downtown Museums, Sports & The Arts Venues. Cincinnati Children's College Hill Campus (0.3 miles away) Aiken High School Community Garden (0.5 mile away) Hiking close by at Mt Airy Forest Hiking (3 miles away) Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden (5 miles away) * Please note- Ring Bell Camera on right side of front door and Backyard camera installed above the garage door. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17

Events: No events allowed

Pets: Pets allowed: less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted

Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Check-out instructions: Gather used towels

Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Check-out instructions: We hope you enjoyed theLarch house

Please help us prepare for our next guest:

- dishes: handwash and leave in drying rack

- throw garbage away

- leave only beds used unmade

- wet towels hanging to dry

Check-out instructions: - return items where they were found, i.e. unused towels, games, books, etc.

- check for personal belongings

- turn off TV, lights, fans, etc.

We were visiting our daughter and son in law in the area with our dog and their house was full with our other daughter and all their dogs. the location was great. The house was spotless. John accommodated us by allowing our large dog to come with us. We were able to find a dog day care in the area so when we were out and about we didn’t worry about anything.

Very cute layout and very functional for stays! We appreciated the coziness of the home with plenty of pillows, towels, and necessities everywhere. It is an old home with tons of character, but the updates (and blackout curtains) were SO appreciated. Water heater accommodated 4 showers within an hour. 15-20 min to just about anything. Street parking was widely available. Host was very communicative and kind to answer any and all questions.
