Centrally located and less than a minute drive to major highways, dining, shopping and more. Securely fenced back yard with in-ground firepit, spacious and fully stocked kitchen, modern yet cozy decor and posh bedding to get a great night's sleep. Old Red Bank is a dead-end street with very little local traffic. Walk or bike to the Wasson Trail Head and begin your adventure through Ault Park (Cincinnati's Premier Park)! You are within a 10–20-minute drive everything Cincinnati/NKY has to offer. Groceries, fast/casual dining, gas, and firewood are a quick drive up the street. The house sits on the border of Hyde Park and Fairfax, with easy/quick access to downtown, local hotspots, hospitals and entertainment. Casual dining, fast food, Walmart and more are within walking distance (if so desired), or a couple minutes drive. Cargo trains travels near the property on average 1-2X per day. Times are unpredictable and could possibly be at night. Both bedrooms have thermal curtains, white noise machines, and box fans to help drown out the noise of a potential night train.
