LOCATION -Ballard/Sunset Hill neighborhood -Blocks from Sunset Hill Park and Viewpoint (one of the best views in Seattle, looking out at Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountain Range, Shilshole Bay Marina, etc.) -Minutes from everything the Ballard neighborhood has to offer: restaurants, bars, coffee shops, year-round Sunday farmers market -Minutes from Golden Gardens Park and Beach. THE HOUSE -Two bedrooms on main level: King bed and TV in primary, Queen in the other. Blackout shades/curtains to ensure a good night's sleep. -Two bathrooms: one in hallway between two bedrooms, the other connects to a bedroom and the living room. -Basement (partially finished): spacious, accessible from upstairs and backyard. 3rd bedroom with QUEEN bed and another QUEEN in music/rec room. No bathroom yet on this level. -Zoned Heating and A/C THE GARDEN Fruit trees, berries, herb garden... help yourself! (Seasonal) PARKING Spot #1: Pull right up to the garage door Spot #2: Right behind Spot #1 on the gravel Spot #3: Front the house, right in front of the bus stop. Most folks park halfway on sidewalk so as to not stick out into the street. -And there's plenty of parking in the neighborhood Washer/Dryer in Basement Please be very careful going down to the basement as the first stair is short and steep... and then watch your head about halfway down... there's an art to it.
