Where parties/events are found, unexpected cleaning costs will be charged accordingly. - Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am THINGS TO KNOW - No Parties (Fines will be applied for violating this rule) - Quiet Hours strictly enforced between 10 PM-8 AM - No unregistered guests or pets - No smoking - No parties or events - Toilet use: Do not flush wipes, tissues, paper towels, or feminine products.
