Centrally located near Country Club Plaza, Downtown, Westport, KU Med, Nelson Atkinson museum, T-mobile Arena, Chiefs Stadium, Bartle hall and Crossroads District all within 5 minutes. Each bedroom features a cozy queen bed perfect for a good night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, and washer and dryer. Great location to KU Hospital. Not a fancy place...a little worn and threadbare, but very clean. Would be nice if there was a typed welcome book that explained how to use the TV and what the wifi password is, places to eat nearby, etc.Could use an upgrade in pots/pans and bowls for food prep. Otherwise, great.Mikhail is a great host and very attentive when I did reach out to him.

The house is as advertised in a quiet neighborhood. The enclosed backyard was perfect since we had our dog. Kitchen had the very basic amenities, coffee included. Each bed is different in firmness so there is a choice there. Parking on the street was not an issue except one night there was a concert near, still parked w/in a block. I just wish I could have figured out the fancy shower off the master bedroom. There were zero check-out instructions that we could find so tried to do the typical minimum.

Very close to everything, quiet street. Only street parking but it was never a problem parking in front. Would suggest providing some instructions for how to operate the space-age shower in the master bath!

Interesting older home and neighborhood to explore. Close to many attractions. Very dog friendly with small fenced yard. Host was very helpful and quick to respond. Enjoyed our stay. We will book again when we return to KC
