This cozy studio is in a quiet neighborhood nestled in the municipal golf course. It's a 5 minute drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Folk Art Center and 10 minutes from downtown Asheville. Close to groceries, great eateries, and coffee shops, this studio has a full kitchen and a lovely covered patio for you to enjoy cozy fall nights. Also includes off the street parking for up to 2 cars, free wifi, and yummy local coffee! Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We were extremely pleased with everything about this location! Jillian was a great communicator and very helpful in suggesting places to eat! The location is perfectly located to get all around Asheville! It is a very quiet location on a golf course. We would most definitely book here again! The enclosed patio made it very nice to sit outside with our dog. We give it a 99.99% rating!!!!

Very clean, quiet studio. Loved sitting outside in our little private enclosed patio. Even saw a black bear! The neighborhood is great for dog walking.
