Centrally located in the heart of Asheville, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is a perfect choice for anyone looking to be walking distance to all the fun! With its refinished, all original floors, high ceilings, forced air gas, central air conditioning, gas barbecue, lots of parking, and wrap around porch, the house has a historical feel with modern comforts. The porch provides two hanging swings and a beautiful view of the sunset over the mountains, along with the feel of a gentle breeze on a hot summer day. This is a family neighborhood. Guests are required to be respectful of neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level, especially in the evening. Will ONLY Consider dogs that do not shed (allergies). Do not request to book if your dog sheds. Main floor: Living room, dining room, open concept kitchen, full laundry. The kitchen has a gas stove, all new Kraft Made Cabinetry, Silestone countertops, and all new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. Main floor bedroom 1: En-suite with king bed. Upstairs bedroom 2: Shared en-suite with king bed. Upstairs bedroom 3: New queen chaise daybed and new single pull-out love seat. With home entertainment and views of the mountains, this room is also used as a second living room. Upstairs office: Large desk and new queen pull-out couch. Both bathrooms have all new floors and fixtures, the bathroom on the main floor holds a 8'x3' shower with a glass door, and the upstairs bathroom contains refinished, antique claw-foot tub with shower. For home entertainment, the house contains two new 55'' widescreen TVs with Netflix and HDMI cable to plug your computer into the TV. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
