Moreover, Downton Annie is a secure building with security cameras, locks, and the local police are never far if you feel unsafe but we want our guests to be able to have all of the facts at hand so they can choose in accordance with their level of comfort, as you will read in the reviews that it's not for everyone. The apartment is in a building with three other units that also host guests. The back stairs are shared with one neighboring tenant on the 2nd floor and the first floor has two units. The apartment building's front door provides access to an interior set of stairs, is common space. Public bus stops are all over downtown and the corner of blocks. If you need additional parking for a second vehicle or for a larger sized vehicle , we can provide alternative spots upon arrival at no extra cost. This is a dog-friendly property, but not cat-friendly. Please do not leave your dog unattended outside or inside. Please remember to pick-up pet waste. Please do not use bath towels wipe wet paws. We ask that pet owners to bring their own dog towels, food bowls, and bedding. No pets on the furniture. If furniture has been stained or damaged by a dog, guests may be required to pay an additional cleaning fee. This is multi-tenanted building, with free parking. Our prices include all fees.
