Huge putting green and chipping area, heated swimming pool, pool slide, clean spa, and plenty of outdoor games for guests of all ages including Bocce Ball court! Please leave it where it gets left. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation. Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm. *There is a required $100 per day fee. This includes pool heat in the winters, and helps with electricity in our hot summers! Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property. *We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
