Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Turn off everything inside the house and backyard: Lights, TVs, and electronics and please turn the AC up to 78 degrees. Make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked.
Check-out instructions: Please empty the fridge and cupboards of all food items. Put all trash in the bins on the side of the house by the garage doors. Rinse off all of the dirty dishes and put them in the dishwasher.
Check-out instructions: Leave all used towels on the bathroom floor and the used linens on the beds.
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There can only be 4 cars parked on the driveway at one time and please no parking on the street.
Quiet hours start at 10 PM every night and ends at 7 AM.

We were celebrating a birthday and looking for a place that would entertain both adults and kids — and this house did both. It had a spacious layout and an incredible backyard. The host was super responsive, friendly, and helped make our two-day stay a memorable one we’ll never forget.

The house was very spacious and offered plenty of room for our group, which we really appreciated. Communication with the owner was smooth and responsive throughout the booking process and our stay, which made things easier.However, we were a bit disappointed upon arrival. The pictures online were definitely more flattering than the reality. The house was not very clean, and we noticed several issues that affected our comfort. The couch was broken, which made the living area less usable, and a few things around the house didn’t work as expected.With some attention to cleanliness and repairs, this could be a great property. But as it stands, it didn’t fully meet our expectations based on the listing.
