Board games, a ping pong table, and an in-unit washer/dryer for your maximum convenience. HOUSE LAYOUT: 1st Floor - Dining Room, Kitchen, Living Room, Mud Room, Outdoor Grill, 1/2 Bath 2nd Floor- Primary Bedroom- King Bed, Walk-in Shower and Bathtub. Bedroom 2- Queen Bed Bedroom 3- Queen Bed Shared Bathroom 3rd Floor: Bonus Living Room with Pull-Out Sofa Bedroom 4: 2 Bunks Beds Other Things to Note: Parking only for two vehicles in the driveway. There is no first floor bedroom. Early Check-in / Late check-out - Message us and we will try to accommodate your request. Fees may apply depending on the requested time. Half days (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. - Deliveries - We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home. It is best to utilize the local post office to hold packages or nearby Amazon Lockers. - Event / Retreats - No events or retreats are allowed unless they have been approved prior to your booking. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
