Events: No events allowed

Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted

Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Check-out instructions: Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks

Check-out instructions: Lock the doors

Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

At checkout, please make sure all dishes are clean and in the cabinet, the ice is dumped, and the trash taken to the street by 8 am on Tuesday.

Please pull sheets, leaving quilts and blankets on beds, and put them in a pile in each bedroom. Please put towels on the floor in the bathroom.

Please ensure all trash is bagged before being placed in the outside trash cans.
