About this stay
This home is a duplex style rental and is located on the ground level with no stairs. Wheelchair assessable parking and entrance into the unit. New ADA bathroom and bedroom. Semi private beach located on the Chesapeake bay. This rental is less than 500 yards to the beach. It is located on a quiet area of Chicks Beach on a dead in street with little traffic. Large screen porch with comfy seating. Covered side yard with grill area. Fenced back yard. Smart TV's for movie streaming. Sunday to Sunday rental for 2025 summer. Pets allowed with prior approval. $150 pet fee 1 dog max please. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

All 4 of us absolutely love this place! Perfect location, excellent accommodations and a wonderful beach! I was very happy to be here rather than on the beach or in the town of Virginia Beach, but still close enough if you like that sort of thing. Everything we needed was virtually minutes away, grocery stores, shopping and great restaurants. Highly recommend going to the Big Town to The Cavalier Hotel for the bourbon tour in the Tarnished Truth Distillery, top notch experience!!!Definitely planning a return visit!!!

Very nice amenities and location, short walk to beach and enough space for everyone. Kitchen could use more silverware, cookware, etc...but we enjoyed our stay very much!
