These babies are truly genetic twins being carried by 2 surrogate mothers. A marvel indeed and an experience you and your family will not soon forget! Please ensure that you have added this to your reservation and let us know how many pets will be on site. The Fee is $150 for the first pet and $75 for each additional pet. Additional Pet Fee(s) where applicable will be added to your quote prior to the final payment due date. ASSISTANCE The Equine Innovations breeding stable is located in the rear of the property and the barn living quarters are typically occupied. On-site keepers and daily barn staff are available to you for assistance staging outdoor activities (horse-play, volleyball nets, etc). We hold your privacy with high regard, but love to make ourselves available to serve as needed! WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT HOSTING EVENTS AT THE PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY'S SHORT TERM RENTAL ORDINANCES AFFECTING OUR PROPERTY. WE ARE ABLE TO OFFER ACCOMIDATIONS FOR 12 GUESTS MAX WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
