This home sleeps 12. Our open and spacious cozy beach home is located in peaceful and quiet Old Beach. Our home is 2 blocks to the oceanfront beach and walking distance to the convention center, an upscale supermarket, restaurants, Museum of Contemporary Art, skate board park, and all the fun activities and sights the boardwalk offers. The Virginia Beach Convention Center is 4 blocks away. There is private parking for 4 vehicles. There is a beautiful backyard for outside dinners with a large fenced in private yard. Guests enter through the quiet 1/2 street and enter through the rear of the property. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Excellent
Great location, well stocked kitchen, and a nice play-room / bedroom for the kids. Air conditioning kept the home VERY cool which was great after hot beach days.

We had a great time in VA! Location was within walking distance to the beach and shopping. The house had enough room for all of us to be able to relax!

Property was in walking distance to most everything we needed, but was off a busy street which could be loud at times. The kitchen was well stocked. The fenced in yard was a plus for our small puppy! Overall, this property fit our family well.

Loved the location the house was very nice we enjoyed it because we love to cookout on the grill and backyard relax very spacious had plenty of room for everyone and the owners were very nice and great communicating

This is a spacious house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms plenty of room to move around! Location is excellent for walking to the beach and the many other fun things to do in the area.
