The upstairs bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, and kitchenette. All rooms have 4K TVs. All new appliances. Backyard includes deck, firepit, and BBQ – not fully fenced. On-property and street parking. Only 1 mile from the Boise River Greenbelt. Within minutes to parks and downtown fun! Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Smoking: No smoking/vaping of any kind on the property. Ad
No parties, no smoking of any kind/vaping on property. When cleaner arrives, if there are smells of smoke or vaping, $300 will be charged.
Up to 2 pets allowed - $50 for 1, $125 for 2. If you do not pick up after them there will be a fee charged of $50 for leaving feces behind.
Guest is required to sign Rental Agreement. A cancellation fee may apply. Minimum age to rent is 21.

Had a great stay and was good location to Boise State for moving our daughter into her dorm.

Everything was cleanand well kept. The grill was a great addition and we made use of it. Our dog refused to do his business in the yard, but the grandchildren enjoyed playing in it. Will definitely stay here again! The host was wonderful!
