This inviting 1,160 sqft 2 story townhouse has everything you will need! A fully stocked luxury kitchen with new appliances, a dining table that will seat 6, and a half bath with a full sized washer and dryer on the first floor. The living area has a 50\ TV's w/ free Netflix, a jack/jill full bathroom, 2 separate private vanities and a workstation in 1 of the bedrooms. The backyard has a quiet entertaining space with a propane BBQ, a covered sitting area, also a large umbrella with firepit table & 4 chairs. Parking out front along with a 1 car garage access. For those with a fur-baby, we are a dog friendly vacation rental with a Pet Policy. Maximum 2 @ $55 per dog. We have a green turf relief area for your pet as well.
