The Village is Boise's hip new shopping mall - 4 min by car. Great shopping & dining. House: We have removed all carpet and replaced it with high-quality luxury vinyl plank for a dust-free and clean guest experience. One bedroom and a half bath are downstairs. The dining table is for 8. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite and tile. 13 guests will sleep on new memory foam mattresses, 2 will have a queen size air mattress. Rates are based on 8 guests, add $20/night/guest up to 15. The additional guest charge applies to the entire duration of your booking, i.e. if you are booked for 5 nights, the additional guest charge applies to 5 nights, even if a guest stays for only 3 nights. Please book with your best estimate for headcount - you will have a chance to true up headcount right before travel dates. The outdoor spaces in this house add a lot of value: there is a dining table under a covered pergola, a BBQ for your use, and a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs. The backyard is fully fenced in so your kids or your puppy can get rid of their excess energy. You can use the entire house. Parking is in the driveway and on the street. There is a foosball table in the garage for your use. You can move it to the back so you can park in the garage as well. I live in Boise, about 15 mins from this house.
