About this stay
A fantastic location on the Central Bench of Boise. Several parks, two grocery stores, downtown, and much more is all less than 10 minutes by car. Built in 1948 it is quite old, but has an updated bathroom and kitchen. Original hardwood flooring that creeks with character and a nice large and peaceful backyard. Laundry and free parking on the premises. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Pets: Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)
Pets: Please pick up after them and don’t allow digging.

Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: You may place the soiled laundry on the floor of the laundry room, but leave comforters on the beds.

The house is in a great location, central to all of our activities for the weekend! Everything was super clean and the beds were comfortable. Full kitchen and laundry amenities are a plus!
