Walk to Cameron Village and NC State! Jaycees Park just a block down the road. Perfect space for corporate travel. Front and back yards are fenced and landscaped. Large back deck with built-in seating perfect for entertaining. Two bedrooms and two bath, this is the perfect place to call home during your stay in Raleigh. Dog fee is $75/stay for up to two dogs. Long term >30 days: No sheets provided (can be rented for $30) and dog fee is $100. Sheets provided for short term stays. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Smoking in the home will result in a $400 fine. No local rentals allowed, unless approved by host. 3% CC surcharge on all bookings.
Dogs allowed $75/stay max 2 dogs(no cats). Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am.

Excellent
We were in town for an event and this cottage was the perfect place. Nestled in an older, established, quiet neighborhood, it was close to everything and minutes from our event. Definitely recommend and would stay again!
