This recently renovated home has everything you need: 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath with tub & shower, fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar, washer & dryer. There are 3 smart TVs, blazing fast Fiber internet, and a desk in the 3rd bedroom/office for any work needs. Outside is a fully fenced-in backyard with privacy fence and outdoor dining table. Dogs are welcome too, and we have a welcome basket just for them! Our home provides: Living room with large smart TV, games, puzzles & books. Dining area, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer. NO PARTIES - as per Raleigh's short-term rental statutes, no parties are permitted. All guests agree that violation of this statute and house rule will mean immediate removal and incur a $400 fee.
