We are just blocks from the Governer’s Mansion and the Capital Building! Our home has been freshly renovated & boasts new furniture, decor, and bathrooms! This home has: - excellent lighting throughout - beautiful decor - 4 bedrooms with a comfortable, top-quality mattresses *bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed with a full bathroom; access to the living room is through this bedroom *bedroom 2 has 2 queen-sized beds and an en suite bathroom *bedroom 3 has a king-sized bed and connects to a baby/kids’ nook with a porta-crib, changing table or twin floor mattress *bedroom 4 has 2 queen-sized beds - 3 full bathrooms *bathroom 1: shower only *bathroom 2: shower/tub *bathroom 3: shower - Super soft and pristine all-white linens and towels - Games and toys for kids - A grill with coal and comfortable patio furniture - An updated, fully-stocked kitchen with cooking and dining essentials - Complimentary breakfast food, coffee, milk and half & half ****There is a walk out apartment below this unit with their own private entrance. We ask you that you are courteous with noise transfers after 9pm and before 8am. Please keep late night hang outs to the upstairs living room. :) Have children? Fantastic! We do too, so we’re equipped to provide almost anything you’d need for all ages & stages. Ask and you shall receive: * Crib * Toys * High chair * Swing * Sippy cups Just check with me before packing anything bulky because chances are we’ll have one you can use. All we ask is that you treat them nicely and clean them up if they get messy. Have a furry friend to bring? You’re in luck because we love dogs too. Just make sure we’ve approved your pet before you arrive. Your pet will count as a special guest, so we charge an additional $100/week for their visit. All provided for your convenience: * Bowls for food and water * A dog bed * Large dog crate * Poopie bags * Treats * The yard and house are both treated for pet-related pests (i.e. fleas) We hope that all of these amenities provide an added value to our guests that you just can’t find at a hotel. Important pet rules to mind: * Absolutely NO dogs on the furniture and bed. We’re very strict about this. * Take or crate your dog(s) whenever you’re not on the premises. NOTE: Violations of this rule will be asked to leave. I was recently bitten by a guest’s dog. If your dog can't abide kennels then we are not a good fit. We will provide a kennel for your use. * No excessive barking is permitted – this is a quiet neighborhood and a dog in distress isn’t pleasant for the neighbors. Do not leave your dog outside for extended lengths of time unattended. General house rules & info (full list of rules is under the rules section): * We retain the right to check on our property and may need to enter for reasons unrelated to your stay (i.e. storage, electrical, or utility access). * Be a respectful visitor is all we ask. Please keep food in the right places, small children in safe areas and well attended, pets off of the furniture, and treat our home with care and kindness. Guest access: *The entire house is for you, accept the basement which is a walk out apartment. We ask that you please be courteous of noise after 9pm and before 8am. If you are going to have late night hang outs please keep those to the upstairs living room. The downstairs kitchen can cause noise transfer. :) Interaction with guests I will happily meet you and show you around the house, set you up with new key codes and answer any of the questions you might have. Otherwise, I can be as involved in your visit as you’d like. I have shown many guests around downtown and other guests appreciate to explore and adventure on their own.
