This home comes with 3BR/3 full Bath and features an open floor plan with tall vaulted ceilings in the main living area. It has 2 floors & 2 separate living areas as well as a nice deck and a separate patio! Top floor offers main living room, kitchen, and Master BR with queen and full bath. Lower level has 2 BRs each w/ full baths, and a living room. One BR with Queen, and the other with 2 doubles and twins over. This home has plenty of outdoor entertaining space as well with a new deck up top and a separate patio on the lower level. Centrally located inside the Beltline, City of Oaks Home is in the heart of Raleigh! More information The space The main entrance to the home is easy access with a door code for your ease to get in and out during your stay. When at the front door, there is some stairs to the left going to the downstairs living room and going straight up to the main living area. Guest access Guests have access to a fenced in back yard and large deck. The entire home is equipped for ease of relaxing of having everything on hand during your stay so you can relax. Interaction with guests Interaction with the Property Manager is very little for your getaway but it is very easy to contact if there is any problems or situations that may need addressed or just have a few questions. Response time is very quick and usually just covered over the phone. If there is service needed, there will be someone on site as soon as possible to make your stay the best. Please put the correct number of guests, and max amount of pets are 2. Must be house trained and please pick up after them. It is $50 per pet per entire stay .
